For my dad's birthday this year, I semi-impulsively decided to book our entire family tickets to The Color Factory in San Francisco. I had been wanting to check it out for a while, but tickets had been hard to get online. So when they were back on sale on a first come first serve basis, I instantly bought one for each person in my family. Luckily, everyone was willing to take the day off on the Friday I booked, which just happened to be Chinese New Year and the day before my dad's birthday. I'll admit, I wasn't sure how much my parents were going to enjoy this pop-up museum frequented by today's millennials, but they ended up having a blast! The exhibit with the ribbons was my family's favorite. We spent a while there taking photos and boomerangs of each other walking in and out from among the colorful ribbons.
Just capturing as I go.
